Summary

This proposal offered innovative technologies and support services for the configuration and delivery of an artificial intelligence software environment and was prepared on behalf of Sebring Systems International Inc. (a Vancouver-based software development company).

The end-client, Nomura (Japan's largest securities trading firm), planned to utilize this specialized software in their research division (now known as Nomura Research Institute).

The "Stratus" software was specifically created to supported the on-going development of security trading strategies based on the integrated modelling of economic, political and social conditions in Japan and key overseas markets.
